Cisco XDR
The Cisco XDR solution provides our customers with extended Detection and Response (XDR), which means that they can detect cyber attacks early and shut them down fast. This product simplifies SecOps workflows with effective detection and response capabilities across workloads, networks, devices, and more. The goal is an intuitive XDR tool that helps novice SecOps analysts minimize their time to detect and respond—ensuring they can focus on the most critical incidents.
It was a privilege for me to be part of this fantastic team. As of summer 2023, we have been nominated for a UX Award and a Fast Company Innovation award for our work in simplifying complex workflows.

Assessment Web App
This web app for assigning assessments was designed for a wide variety of instructors, from liberal arts to STEM fields.
• The outcome scored a SUS of 78.75, with 83% of users saying they would like to use the software frequently
• The design allows for STEM instructors to save time with auto-graded math and science questions while flagging free response questions that require a human to review
• Instructors can easily see the number of free response answers as they're submitted and navigate students by name or answer status
• The instructor can also view answers based on the type of wrong answer given, allowing them to more clearly understand the specific way a student misunderstood a problem

Pharmacy Mobile App and Pill Reminder
I was the Senior UX Designer for a mobile pharmacy app at a large Texas retailer. One feature that ended up adding a lot of value to our customers was a pill reminder to improve patient adherence. This feature came about after research and interviews with patients and healthcare providers.
• Patients could keep track of their adherence with the pill reminder dashboard
• They could easily identify their medication by seeing an image of the pill embedded in the notification
• Generic images could be created for each medication to alleviate privacy concerns
• After numerous discussions with healthcare providers and patients we found there was a need for patients to be able to take notes on medications and their side effects, which came in handy at their doctor appointments
• The feature was a boon for the app, which enjoys high ratings on the iOS and Android app stores
